Welcome to the 1st episode of Origin of Strength. For this episode, we have invited Evie Corrigan, current IPF 52kg Junior World Champion, to discuss topics on mental preparation for the competition, benefit of her yoga and acrobatics training. Below are the questions asked. 
Q1: Has squat always been your strongest lift?
Q2: Do you have any accessory workouts or any exercise in particular that you think that might have been contributing to your benching?
Q3: how long have you been doing acrobatics?  And Do you think your acrobatic practice has been contributing to your powerlifting performance at all?
Q4: what is your mental attitude during training? Do you use visualisation? Positive self-talk, staying in the moment or any psychosocial strategies?
Q5: I have seen a picture of you doing yoga, how often do you do and? And do you think your yoga practice has helped you in shaping that mindset or calming your nerve system down after training?
Q6: Do you any have any rituals to do on the competition day? 
Q7: How did you get into powerlifting?
Q8: did you ever have major injuries related to powerlifting?
Q9: what are your strategies for recovery?
Q10: Do you think powerlifting has impacted in areas of your life, other than your physique and strength?
